Oneworld member Finnair sells discounted business class tickets for their winter service to Dubai. Flights from Oslo are available at NOK 14,160 (~€1,189) January and March 2025. Flight from other Northern European cities like Stockholm or Gothenburg are slightly more expensive. All itineraries require a change of planes in Helsinki both ways.
The quoted price is Finnair’s business class light fare. It does not include checked bags, priority services, or lounge access. You’d have to select the business class classic fare for this, adding roughly €160 to the price. From Oslo, it starts at NOK 16,227 (~€1,363). Flights at the lowest price are available until March and from October 2026.

The long-haul flights between Helsinki and Dubai are Airbus A350-900 services. These planes feature a 1-2-1 seating pattern in business class. While Finnair’s current business class hard-product is innovative (seats can only be adjusted to two positions: sit straight or lie-flat), it’s not to everybody’s liking. According to the fare rules, tickets are on sale without a travel or sales period. A minimum stay of six days in Dubai is necessary to get the cheapest tickets. We have found availabilities as long as Finnair serves Dubai – until March and from October 2026.
We recommend using Google Flights to find out when the lowest fares are available (instructions). Finnair sells the cheapest tickets on its website.
Editor’s Note: For Oneworld status holders, this is a great fare, as they get lounge access and hold luggage through their tier benefits. Even without, these tickets come at decent price from premium trips to Dubai. That being said, if you don’t have status and are not bound to specific travel dates, you should check out Lufthansa’s or Turkish Airline’s offers, too.
